The cube

It represents the improvement in the human and social dimension of doing, build, calculate and measuring. It is the result of a technical application aimed at perfection.

X

The letter X, used for centuries as a mark of heresy, was also adopted by the Gnostic Cathars as a symbol of enlightenment, an X on the wall meant that in a specific place lurked a depth knowledge or there was a safe place for the persecuted. The letter X represented in itself a symbol of truth.

XXX

The triple x represents the number 30 in Roman numerals, denotes a signal in the international encodings that means urgency or lack of information; also commonly denotes the x-rated content for adults and it is widely used as a form of affectionate greeting to indicate sending "kisses" on the part of the writer. The symbol is also the flag of the city of Amsterdam, where it was initially assumed the establishment of the company.

Friday the 13th

The triscaidecafobia (from the greek τρεισκαìδεκα treiskaìdeka, "thirteen " and φòβος phòbos, "fear ") is the irrational fear of the number 13 (although in some regions it is instead considered a symbol of luck and prosperity, especially in Tibet).
The origins of the superstition against the number 13 are not known with certainty.
A relevant fact is that number 13 is the successor to a highly composite number, 12, which is considered positive in many patriarchal cultures.
Hate for number 13 has ancient roots, religious and mythological.
In Norse mythology, Loki (sneaky, treacherous and evil) was the thirteenth god, a famous reference to 13 in the Gospels about the Last Supper, where Judas Iscariot was the thirteenth to sit at the table. Also in Christianity, Satan is described as the "thirteenth angel", while in the biblical tradition on Friday is also the day of the temptation of Adam and Eve, the beginning of the Flood and the destruction of Solomon's Temple.
Another element that contributes to the dreaded number 13 is the anniversary of Friday, October 13, 1307, the day on which the Knights Templar were arrested en masse for economic reasons by the King of France.
